摘要
首先探讨了组织人际和谐的相关文献,继而透过定性、定量结合的扎根理论方法,建构出了组织人际和谐的概念模型和测量工具;本研究发现组织人际和谐是由同事和谐、上下级和谐、整体和谐三个维度构成的复合结构。最后,探索了组织人际和谐与组织承诺、离职意向的关系,发现组织人际和谐对员工的组织承诺有显著的正向影响,这证明了改善人际和谐有助于提升员工的工作效能。
This research reviewed recent studies about inter Personal harmony, and tried to propose an exploratory model of organizational interpersonal harmony. Through qualitative and quantitative studies, the paper proposed that organizational interpersonal harmony has three dimensions:peers harmony,leader--member harmony,and overall harmony. The Organizational Interpersonal Harmony Scale(OIHS)developed by the study has also been proved to be reliable and valid for future researches. Finally, the study used regression analysis to test the relationship between organizational interpersonal harmony, organizational commitment and turnover intention, and finding a significantly positive correlation between organizational interpersonal harmony and organizational commitment, which proved that interpersonal harmony could in some extent enhance working effectiveness and atmosphere.
