摘要
上世纪后半叶,台湾经济发展取得了举世瞩目的成就,金融业在其中扮演着极其重要的角色。随着台湾金融自由化和国际化改革的实施,金融对经济的推动作用更加突出。但自1997年亚洲金融危机爆发以来,台湾金融业所面临的诸多问题进一步凸显,亟待深化金融改革并推进金融发展。
Last century Taiwan had obtained a tremendous achievement in economic development which attracts worldwide attention and the financial industry is an important driving force. Especially along with the reform of Taiwan financial liberalization and internationalization, the finance is more prominent to the economical impetus. But since 1997 thc Taiwan financial industry faces many questions, they have urgently awaited the financial reform and the financial development advancement.
