摘要
目的在电子病案还未能实现,探讨如何应对医院不断发展的医教研对病案的需求;方法严格病案管理制度,完善计算机信息管理系统,加强病案的封闭式管理,强化病案责任意识;结果应对了每天约3000份次病案出入库的高流通病案供应,满足了医院医教研的需要。结论病案的保存意义就在于它的利用,这种利用价值就体现在病案的高流通,只有科学的管理、周密地组织,才能满足这种需要。
Objective To explore how to respond to the requirements of continuous development of medical education and research to medical records. Methods Strict medical records management system was established, computer information management system was improved, and the dosed - end management of medical records and the responsibility for medical records was strengthened. Results The supply of high - flow medical records, about 3,000 copies a day out of or into storage has been dealt and met the needs of medical teaching and research. Conclusion The preservation value of medical records lies in its use, which reflected in the high flow of medical records. Only scientific management and well- organization can meet this need.
