摘要
阐述了激励理论在护理管理中的重要意义,分析了激励理论在医院皮肤科护士管理中的应用以及所产生的效果;提出了在护理管理方面的愿景,旨在提高激励理论在护理管理中的应用水平,并为今后医院护理管理问题的研究提供一些借鉴和参考。
First, this paper summarized motivation, introduced the definition of motivation, motivation methods related contents of theory of motivation content and motivation process and clarify the important significance of motivating art in nursing management. Furthermore, based on the guiding principles of motivation theory, we analyzed application of motivating art in nurse management of department of dermatology and its effect. Finally, we wrote this paper to introduce experiences of applying motivating art in nursing management and propose the vision of nursing management of hospitals in the future which aims to improve application level of motivation theory in nursing management and offer some lessons and references for the future research of nursing management problems of hospitals.
