摘要
简要阐述了现代制造业中凸轮设计的重要作用。介绍了凸轮机构从动件运动规律的通用凸轮曲线建模方法,通过输入初始值、边界条件和七个时间参数,凸轮曲线设计程序可以自动生成位移、速度、加速度和跃度曲线,同时可计算出凸轮曲线的特性值S_m、V_m、A_m、J_m。最后用模糊评价法综合评价了这些运动规律,并得到了合理的评价结果。
The importance of cam curve design in modem industry is expounded briefly. A kinematic law of the follower in a cam mechanism of general cam curve modeling method, cam curve design programs can automatically create displacement . velocity, acceleration, jump curve by means of inputted in initialization of value, boundary condition and seven parameters of time, at the same time , it can work out best type of cam curves in a particular situation Sm 、Vm 、Am、Jm. Ultimately, cam mechanism of general cam curves are synthetically evaluated by fuzzy evaluation method, and get reasonable outcome.
