摘要
阐述了莫尔条纹信号正切法细分原理和细分信号的质量特点,分别计算出信号相位不正交、存在直流电平、正余弦信号幅值不等及三次谐波分量对细分精度的影响,定性定量给出了为达到一定细分精度要求,莫尔条纹信号的四大技术指标需满足的条件,为有效提高莫尔条纹信号质量和细分精度提供理论依据。
Based on accounting for the characteristics of MoireFringe signals'tangent subdivision and the signal quality, the influence of the four qualifications to the subdivision precision is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. In order to win a certain subdivision precision, the four qualifications of MoireFringe must meet some qualification. This paper can give a clue to improve the signal quality and the subdivision precision.
