摘要
目的为了解惠州市公共场所的中央空调冷却塔水、温泉水军团菌污染状况。方法随机采集中央空调冷却塔水、温泉水进行细菌培养和军团菌的分离与鉴定。结果共采集水样117份,检出19株嗜肺军团菌,检出率为16.24%。冷却塔水嗜肺军团菌检出率为19.44%,温泉水嗜肺军团菌检出率为11.11%。结论惠州市部分中央空调冷却塔及温泉水存在军团菌的污染,需要加强对军团菌的监测,防止军团菌病的发生。
Objective To survey the contamination status of Legionella in the cooling tower water of central air conditioning system in the public places and spring water in Huizhou . Methods The samples of cooling tower water in central air conditioning system and hot spring water were randomly collected,and then Legionella was isolated. Results There 117 cooling water samples were collected and 19 strains of Legionella pneumophilia were isolated,with the positive rate of 16.24%; the positive rates of Legionellapneumophilia in the cooling tower water was19.44% and that in the hot spring water was 11.11%. Conclusion T he water in cooling tower of central air conditioning systems and hot spring water in Huizhou City has partially been contaminated with Legionella and measures be taken to prevent LegioneUapneumophilia infection.
