摘要
本文通过MRPⅡ与PERT间的对应关系,分析了用常规PERT工期估计法解决提前期估计问题的缺陷,提出了用蒙特卡洛模拟法解决此问题的思路与方法。
By means of the corresponding relationships of MRP I and PERT, this paper analyses the defects in determining the lead times by the usual estimating method to the cycle time of PERT. Then, it proposes a train of thought and methods to determine the lead times by simulating in Monte Carlo Method.
