摘要
用火焰原子吸收法测定了地皮菜中Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn 6种元素的含量,结果表明:地皮菜中含有丰富的人体必需的元素,具有很高的营养价值。
The paper engages analysis of some Metallic elements such as Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu and Mn in Nostoc commune vauch have been determined by Atomic absortion spectra. The experimetal result indicates that Nostoc commune vauch has full of metallic element which human body need ,and has rather high nutrient value.
