摘要
目的:测定臭椿药用部位的微量元素含量,分析与其药效的关系。方法:用原子吸收分光光度法分别测定了臭椿叶、籽、皮中K、Na、Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Se、Fe、Mo、Mn等10种元素的含量,并作药效分析。结果:所测定的10种有益元素均具有高的含量。结论:从微量元素的角度分析可知,臭椿在药材和饲料添加剂方面有一定的开发与应用价值。
Objective: To determine the content of trace elements in different parts of Ailanthus altissima and to discuss the relationship between the trace elements and effectivities, Methods: With the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS). the trace elements of K, Na,Ca,Mg,Cu,Zn,Fe,Se,Mo,Mn. in root,stem and leaf of Ailanthus altissima, were detected and the function of the trace elements were discussed. Results: The content of the ten trace elements in test were high in Ailanthus altissima. Conclusion: on the part of trace elements, there are lots of value of development and application as a kind of the resource pharmaceuticals and feed additives.
