鼠笼异步电机启动过程工作特性与磁场分析 被引量:4

Operating Characteristics and Magnetic Field in Starting Process of Squirrel-cage Asynchronous Motor

摘要 利有限元数值分析软件建立了1.1kW三相鼠笼异步电机二维有限元模型,对启动过程的工作特性以及电机内的磁场分布和转子电流密度分布进行了计算和分析。得到了定子电流、输出转矩随转子转速变化的关系图以及启动过程中不同时刻电机磁力线分布图和转子导条电流分布图。对电机磁场的研究结果表明:启动时刻磁力线主要集中在临近转子表面较薄的一层内,转子导条电流密度沿径向逐渐增大,有明显的集肤效应。当电机稳定运行时,磁力线较均匀地分布在定转子铁芯内部,转子导条电流密度也均匀分布。通过场分析方法对该种异步电机进行研究,为异步电机参数的计算、结构的改进、控制系统的设计以及进一步的异步电机温度场计算提供了可靠依据。 A two dimensional finite element model of 1.1kW three-phase squirrel-cage asynchronous motor is built by using a finite element analysis software. The operating characteristics, the distribution of magnetic field and rotor current density are calculated and analyzed in the starting process. The diagrams of stator current and output torque against rotor speed are obtained. Motor magnetic lines of force and current of rotor bars at different times in the starting process are also obtained. It is shown that magnetic lines of force are mainly concentrated in the thin layer close to the surface of rotor while starting and the density of current of rotor bars gradually increases along the radial direction and the skin effect is significant. However, the magnetic lines of force are distributed evenly in the core of stator and rotor when the motor is steadily operating and the current of rotor bars is also evenly distributed. This kind of studies can offer a reliable basis for the calculation of parameters, the improvement of structure, the design of the control system of the motor and the temperature field calculation of asynchronous motors.
