摘要
以土豆渣为原料,采用稀酸溶液萃取、脱酯、乙醇沉淀的方法提取LM—果胶工艺。获得的适宜条件是:土豆渣置于pH=2的H2SO4溶液中,加热至90℃,恒温60min,用酸化乙醇脱脂,得到的土豆渣果胶的提取率约10.8%,产品质量符合食品化学标准。
The technology for extracting LM-pectin from potato scrap was that the potato scrap was extracted by dilute acid, degreased and precipitated by alcohol. The conditions for extrating Lm-pectin were pH 2,temperature 90℃ ,extracting for 60 min and degreasing by acid alcohol. The extraction rate reached to 10.8%.The quality of the product conform to Food Chemical Code.
