摘要
葡萄栽培范围广泛,种类和品种繁多,关于葡萄种类和品种的鉴定区别逐渐形成了一门学科"葡萄品种学"。叶片形态特征是葡萄品种学研究的主要内容之一,与其他器官研究相比,叶片虽然受环境条件影响较大,但具有可供鉴定描述周期长的优点。本文重点介绍了《葡萄种质资源描述规范和数据标准》中未涉及的16个叶片测量性状。葡萄工作者利用部分叶片测量性状对部分葡萄品种资源进行了鉴定,对近似品种资源的区别较为有效。
Grapevine (Vitis spp.) is cultivated widely in world, and there have been thousands of species, varieties and clones planted and/or collected. Ampelography is a subject about grapevine species and variety identification, leaf characteristics is the main content on the study of ampelography, compared to many other characteristics of grapevine, grapevine leaves showed high identifiability and relatively long growing period for identification, even though they are prone to be influenced by environment. In this study, 16 ampelometric characteristics were introduced, which were not mentioned in the book of the Evaluation Principles and Criteria for Grape Germplasm. The efficiency of ampelometric characteristics in grape cultivar identification was tested from the work of distinguishing several similar cultivars based on leaf characters.
