摘要
本试验利用法国著名葡萄分类学家皮埃尔·嘎勒的葡萄叶片表现型分类方法,对烟台葡萄产区主栽酿酒品种的叶形结构参数进行测量分析和叶片的标准化描述。结果表明,12个品种的9个叶形参数方差分析结果均达到差异显著水平,可作为鉴别葡萄品种的叶片参数指标,但以SS、SI、δ、ε和S等5个参数鉴别效果最为明显。利用该方法建立葡萄品种资源数据库,既有利于品种资源信息收集,实现品种标准化描述,也有利于对生产中容易混淆的品种进行直观准确鉴别。
Galet's ampelometric determination method was adopted to identify and describe 12 wine grape cultivars widely cultivated in Yantai. Foliar structural ampelometry in the trial had revealed that the 9 leaf morphological parameters contributed variously to the cultivar determination, particularly with foliar sinus ratio: SS, SI, 5, ε and S. Now in Yantai, more grapevine cultivars an0 various denomination means made the grapevine cultivars promiscuous, so it is necessary to build one database for all grape cultivars using Galet's ampelometric determination method. This databases can be used in collecting the data of grape cultivars for describing the cultivars more standardly, and can identify the cultivars more professionally.
