摘要
课堂管理语是教师教学话语的重要组成部分。通过分析两名新手与熟手型教师课堂管理语的语言类型和有效性,发现熟手型教师更多使用目的语管理课堂,新手型教师则更多依赖学生的母语;熟手型教师课堂管理语的有效性高,教学效果好,新手型教师课堂管理语的有效性差,教学效果不理想。这表明在沉浸式教学中,教师课堂管理语应以目的语为主,并努力提高其有效性。
Teacher discipline language is one important part in teacher's language. Based on the analysis of the discipline language used by a proficient teacher and a novice teacher, we found that: The proficient teacher is not only good at using Chinese to build up a well-ordered classroom, but also values the consistency and efficiency of teacher's order. In order to do the classroom management more effectively, the novice teacher should pay attention to Chinese input in class every minute, strengthen the study of children's pedagogy and psychology and upgrade the child teaching skills.
