添加酶制剂对青贮玉米秸发酵品质和化学成分的影响 被引量:19

摘要 以新鲜玉米秸为原料,分别添加酶制剂Cornzyme0,500,750,1000mL/tDM进行青贮.感观评定得知各处理青贮料均属于优质青贮料.Cornzyme的添加降低了青贮玉米秸的中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量,其中以添加1000mL/t组降低最多,分别比未添加组(对照组)降低7.0%和4.8%.青贮料的乳酸含量分别为132.9,122.5,129.9,146.7g/kgDM,添加1000mL/t组使乳酸含量较对照组提高了10.4%;青贮料的乙酸含量随Cornzyme添加水平的提高而增加(分别为15.5,17.3,18.6,24.2g/kg),比对照提高11.6%,19.4%和56.1%;青贮料总有机酸含量分别为149.5,140.8,149.6,170.9g/kg,添加1000mL/t组比对照高14.3%.试验组和对照的青贮料均不含丁酸.添加Cornzyme对青贮玉米秸的干物质、粗蛋白和可溶性碳水化合物的含量以及对pH值、氨态氮占总氮之比值均无显著影响.青贮玉米秸的干物质回收率以试验组为低(分别为94.0%,88.2%,88.8%,87.1%). An enzyme was added to fresh corn stover at four levels, 0, 500, 750, 1 000 mL/t corn stover (dry matter basis,DM) and silages were prepared All the silages were of high quality by evaluation of subjective criteria Addition of enzyme decreased contents of neutral detergent fibre (NDF) and acid detergent fibre (ADF) The highest level of enzyme addition decreased the contents of NDF and ADF by 7 0% and 4 8% ( p <0 05), compared to the control Lactic acid contents were 132 9, 122 5, 129 9, 146 7 g/kg DM respectively, with 10 4% higher at 1 000mL/t DM enzyme addition than the control Acetic acid contents were increased with the increasing level of enzyme addition (15 5, 17 3, 18 6, 24 2 g/kg respectively) and were 11 6%, 19 4%, 56 1% higher for the experimental groups than the control Contents of total organic acid were 149 5, 140 8, 149 6, 170 9 g/kg respectively, with 14 3% higher for the group of 1 000 mL/t DM enzyme addition than the control Butyric acid was not found in all the four silages The contents of DM, crude protein and residual water soluble carbohydrate, pH value and ammonia nitrogen showed no significant differences among the four groups Dry matter recovery (DMR) was higher in the control than that in the three treated groups, but no significant difference was observed
