摘要 对中国机车司机面临的工作压力进行研究,因近年发生的多起人因恶性铁路安全事故而显得紧迫。在对上海、北京等10个铁路局问卷调查的基础上,通过SPSS和AMOS分析,最终构建的中国机车司机工作压力源结构模型包括8个因素:工作环境、工作负荷、角色冲突、组织管理、管理行为、事业发展、人际关系以及工作与家庭。 The occurrence of several terrible human-factor railway safety accidents in recent years makes urgent the study on job stress which Chinese locomotive drivers endure. Based on the questionnaire survey on 10 Railroad Bureaus in Shanghai, Beijing and etc, by using SPSS and AMOS analysis, the article proposes Chinese locomotive driver stressor structural model includes 8 factors, which are working environment, work load, conflict of social role, organization and management, management practices, career development, interpersonal relationship, work-family conflicts.
