摘要
2009年8月23日,我市渝北区某五星级酒发生食物中毒,参加市民张某所举办寿宴的320名宾客中14人食物中毒,发生率4.38%。重庆市疾控中心组织相关技术人员迅速奔赴现场,对所有14名病例进行现场流行病学调查并按照GB/T4789-2008,对41件肛拭样本,29件剩余食品样本,2件环境样本进行病原菌检测,在72件样本中有9件检出了同一菌型的副溶血性弧菌.检出率为12.5%。根据流行病学调查、实验室检验结果结合临床症状证实本次食物中毒为副溶血性弧菌食物中毒。
14 people among 320 guests who participated in the Zhang＇s birthday party in a five-star hotel were food poisoned on August 23, 2009,the incidence is 4.38%. relevant technical officers which were organized by the Chongqing CDC quickly rushed to the scene for all 14 cases of on-site epidemiological investigations. 41 rectal swab samples, 29 pieces of the remaining food, two environmental samples were detected 9 of the same type of bacteria Vibrio parahaemolyticus were found in 72 samples In accordance with GB/T4789-2008, The detection rate is 12.5%.This food poisoning was caused by the Vibrio parahaemolyticus according to the epidemiological investigation, laboratory test results and the clinical symptoms.
