摘要
针对枫树坝水电厂#2机组增容改造完成后在试运行时出现上机架水平振动异常偏大现象,分析了导致机组发生振动故障的原因,通过动平衡与稳定性试验有效解决了机械及电磁力不平衡的影响,并发现水力因素影响随负荷增加而明显下降。为确保机组长期安全稳定运行,建议机组不宜在低水头和低负荷下运行。
Aiming at the high horizontal vibration of upper bracket for No. 2 unit of Fengshuba Hydropower Station after capacity enlarging rehabilitate in trial running, the reason of vibration fault is analyzed. The influence of mechanical and electromagnetic force is solved effectively by dynamic balance and stability test. And it is found that the influence of hydraulic factor decreases obviously with the increasing of unit load. It is suggested that the unit should avoid running at the conditions of low load and low head to ensure its long-term stability and safety operation.
