摘要
利用热重分析仪对典型村镇垃圾在空气下的燃烧特性进行了研究,结果表明村镇垃圾具有较高可燃性。碎煤的混入具有良好的助燃效果,单一组分及RDF混合组分的燃烧服从燃烧动力学基本方程表征的规律。为了对垃圾燃烧过程中氯化氢气体排放及脱除特性进行深入研究,实验还通过离子色谱研究了不同钙氯比条件下固氯效果,得出CaO脱氯的最佳条件为反应温度在550~650℃,钙氯质量比为4:1,反应气氛选择空气。
With the help of the thermal-gravity analyzer ( TGA ), the combustion characteristics of village solid waste were experimentally studied in air atmosphere. The result shows that the village solid waste has better combustibility. Mixed with small coals can get combustion-supporting effect. The combustion of single component and RDF mixed components submits to the rule of combust dynamic basic formulation. In order to further study the HCl escaping from the residue combustion and its characteristics ,the experiment studied the effect of "fixed-Cl" under different Ca/Cl ratio with ion chromatography. The result shows that the optimum CaO dechlorination conditions are as follows: the reaction temperature range is 550 600 % ,Ca/Cl quality ratio is 4:1 ,the optimum reaction atmosphere is air.
