摘要
采用干态固定床实验装置系统,研究去除垃圾焚烧炉烟气中HC l气体的主要影响因素及其规律。结果表明:选择适当的摩尔比α和颗粒度较细小的吸收剂,吸收效率和吸收剂利用率会提高;温度对净化效率影响不大;HC l气体浓度(ρHC l)对吸收剂的吸收效率(ηHC l)显著影响,ρHC l升高,则ηHC l增大;含有少量杂质的工业碱性废渣的利用率要大于纯化学试剂吸收剂;HC l气体排放标准在75mg/m3时,可采用干法去除垃圾焚烧炉烟气中的HC l气体。
The main influence factors and pattern of removal of gas HCl in flue gas are studied by using the test equipment system of dry fixed bed . The result indicates : the absorption efficiency and absorbent use will be improved if absorbent of proper mole rate and tiny absorbent are chosen. There is little influence of temperature on purification efficiency. The concentration of gas HCl ( ρHCl ) has significant influence on the efficiency of absorbent(ηHCl ) . If ρHCl rises, the-ηHCl will increases. The rate of usage of industrial alkalinity waste residue is bigger than that of purified chemical absorbent. When the discharged standard of HCl is 75 mg/m^3, dry removal method can be used to remove HCl in flue gas.
