血清α-L-岩藻糖苷酶与甲胎蛋白和糖类抗原19-9在原发性肝癌诊断中的作用 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨血清α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)和糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)在原发性肝癌(PHC)诊断中的作用。方法分别测定PHC患者48例、肝硬化患者28例、乙型肝炎患者74例、其他肿瘤患者38例和正常人136例AFU、AFP和CA19-9含量。结果AFU、AFP和CA19-9在PHC患者中的敏感性分别为79.2%、68.6%和62.5%,在AFP阴性的PHC患者中,AFU、CA19-9的敏感性分别为62.5%和75.0%,3项联合检测诊断PHC的敏感性为87.5%。结论AFU、AFP、CA19-9 3项联合检测对提高原发性肝癌的诊断率有十分重要意义。 Objective To study the significance of serum alpha - L -fucosidase(AFU) ,fetoprotein(AFP) and CA19 -9 in the diagnosis of primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC). Methods The activities of serum AFU and AFP were measured in 48 cases of PHC,28 cases of liver cirrhosis ,74 cases of hepatitis, 38 caese of others tumour and 136 Normal controls average person. Results The activity in patients with PHC were signif- icantly higher than any other groups. The diagnostic sensitivities of serm AFU ,AFP and CA19 -9 in patients with PHC were 79.2% ,68.6% and 62.5% ;respectively. Get in the AFP negative gender inside,AFU is 62.5% and CA19 -9 is 75.0%. and the combined diagnostic sensitivity of AFU,AFP and CA19 -9 reached the level of 87.5%. Conclusion It's to elevate their sensitivity and specificity in combination with AFU,AFP and CA19 -9 to diagnose about primary, hepatic carcinoma. Their expressions what important function an act of diagnosing the primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC).
