摘要
教育制度安排是教育目标实现的保障。而教育制度的设计、完善和发展无不打上民族文化传统的烙印,这是各国教育制度存在差异的根本原因。分析教育制度的民族特性,并不是比较不同文化背景中教育制度的孰优孰劣,而是想建立教育现代化过程中的文化多样性资源。
The arrangement of education system is an important guarantee to realize the education aims.However,how to design,improve,and develop the education system is impressed with the tradition of ethnic culture.This is essential reason why there are some differences existing in the education system of many countries.Analyzing ethnic characteristic of education system doesn＇t mean to compare the pros and cons of different educational systems among different cultural backgrounds,but to set up resources of cultural diversity in the process of education modernization.
