摘要
上海外高桥第三发电有限责任公司超超临界机组所使用的100%高压旁路是引起德国西门子TP3000旁路控制系统,文章介绍了100%高压旁路系统的作用,并从控制的角度出发,阐述了高压旁路系统在启动过程中所经历的几个阶段以及在正常运行中的控制方法,同时还介绍了作为100%高压旁路系统所具有的快开功能,并给出了旁路控制逻辑的粗略组态图,以供同行借鉴。
The 100% high pressure bypass system used in Waigaoqiao NO. 3 power generation Co. , l.td was imported from SIMENS, named as TP3000 bypass control system. Its functions are introduced in this paper. At the same time, the paper presents the control methods on the normal operation stages and the start--up process. The special function of 100 HP bypass system, that is, quick open function is also highlighted. The control logic diagram is given, and it is useful reference for other engineers.
