摘要
通过分析确定餐厨垃圾生产肥料时真菌产量与食物浆、蔬菜下脚、碎纸以及投料时间之间的关系,从微生物生长机理着手,建立堆肥时间与底物浓度(即碳氮比)、环境温度的非线性模型。依据模型分析,提出了在不扩大生产规模的情况下,提高餐厨垃圾处理量的对策建议。
The relation of fungus output and food wastes,vegetable waste,shredded paper and feeding time in producing fertilizer with food wastes is determined through analysis.Beginning with growth mechanism of the microorganism,the nonlinear model of composting time,substrate concentration(carbon-nitrogen ratio) and temperature is established.Basing on the model analysis,the countermeasures improving waste handling capacity of restaurant when the production capacity of restaurant is not expanded are proposed.
