摘要
为满足炮塔托架体轻量化设计要求,基于密度插值的拓扑优化方法,建立了托架体拓扑优化模型,获得了5种典型射击工况下满足结构刚度要求且质量最小的炮塔托架体的最佳拓扑形式,在此基础上建立了托架体模型,对比分析了优化前后托架体在典型工况下的结构响应.仿真结果表明,该方法对于改进传统的托架体设计方法,降低结构质量,提高炮塔的机动性具有重要意义.
In order to meet the design requirements of light-weight of bracket body, the topology optimization model based on density method was built. The best material distribution pattern sat- isfying the requirements of structure rigidity and light-weight was obtained by optimization under five typical load cases. Combining topology optimization result with assembly requirement, the bracket body was built. Structure response under the typical working conditions was analyzed by comparing optimized model and non-optimized model. Result shows that the method is significant in improving the traditional design method, decreasing the weight and enhancing the turret maneuverability.
