摘要
通过建立车载钻机变幅机构的力学模型,对变幅机构油缸、铰支点和后支撑进行了受力分析,得到了油缸推力、油缸压力、铰支点支撑力和导杆传动角在桅杆立起过程中的变化规律,为同系列车载钻机的结构、强度设计提供了理论指导和设计依据,最后采用拓扑结构优化的方法对后支撑进行了改进设计,使最大应力降低了44.45%,同时质量降低了14.81%。
In this paper,the mechanical model is set up for the luffing mechanism of the carrier mounted rig,and the force analysis is conducted on the luffing cylinder,hinge pivot and back support frame.Based on this,the variation rules of the cylinder’s thrust force,the cylinder’s pressure,the hinge pivot’s support force and the guide rod’s transmission angle in the process of mast lifting are identified,thus providing theoretical guidance and design reference for the structure and strength design of carrier mounted rig series.Finally,the back support frame is optimized with the aid of topology optimization,and as a result,the maximum stress decreases by 44.45% and the mass goes down by 14.81%.
