摘要
通过比较试验,系统研究8个不同葡萄品种一茬果与二茬果实生种子萌芽率差异。结果表明,毛葡萄、欧亚种、欧美杂交种实生种子的萌芽率存在明显差异,其中欧亚种实生种子萌芽率较高,欧美杂交种实生种子萌芽率普遍较低;二茬果实生种子的萌芽率明显低于一茬果,可能是二茬果成熟于秋季,温度较低,种子发育不完全所致;不同葡萄品种种子从催芽到萌芽所需的时间均不同,其快慢顺序依次为:野生毛葡萄、欧亚种、毛葡萄与欧亚种远缘杂交后代、欧美杂交种。
The present study was conducted to study the difference in seed germination rate of eight grape cultivars for the first and second cropping fruits.The germination rates differed significantly amongst different cultivars of V.quinquangularis Rehd,V.vinifera and V.vinifera-V.labrusca.The germination rate of grape seeds for V.vinifera.L was higher,while that of V.vinifera-V.labrusca was lower.It was found that the germination rate of seeds in the first cropping fruits was higher than that of the second cropping,which might be due to immaturity of seeds at low temperature in autumn.The germination time of seeds in different grape cultivars were found to be different,the germination of V.quin-quangularis Rehd was fastest followed by Vitis vinifera.L,hybridation progeny of V.quinquangularis Rehd and Vitis vinifera.L,V.vinifera-V.labrusca.
