摘要
在查阅国内外关于茶树DNA测试方法研究文献的基础上,结合茶树DNA测试方法的现状,对茶树基因组DNA的主要测试方法进行了归纳,指出了DNA的提取、定量及其分子标记三类测试方法研究中的主要进展,并对DNA提取过程中的主要影响因素、分子标记方法的优缺点进行了评述,提出对茶树中DNA测试方法实行标准化,是实现茶树的种质资源鉴定、优良品种选育的重要途径。
Almost all literatures about the testing methods of genomic DNA from tea plant have been searched. This study summarizes the major testing methods of genomic DNA from tea plant, and points out the major advances in three types of test methods, i.e. DNA extraction, quantitative analysis and molecular marker studies. It also discusses the main factors affecting the DNA extraction process and the advantages and disadvantages of molecular marker methods. As the result, it was suggested that the standardization of testing methods of genomic DNA from tea plant is an important way for future identifing and breeding tea germplasm resources.
