摘要
对几种防老剂进行了配合试验和天候老化试验，发现防老剂４０１０ＮＡ能使黑色胶料在日光曝晒下变红，防老剂Ｄ和ＢＬＥ能引起胶料轻微变色，防护蜡和防老剂ＲＤ及防老剂４０２０则不会使黑色胶料变色。在轮胎胎侧胶和胎冠胶中采用防老剂ＲＤ、防老剂４０２０、石蜡、微晶蜡并用的防护体系，既能保证胶料的物理性能和优异的防护性能，又不会使胶料变色。
It was found through the compounding test and weather test that under the sunlight the black compound with antioxidant 4010NA turned red ,the one with antioxidant D and BLE discolorated slightly and the one with antioxidant RD,antioxidant 4020 and wax didn′t discolorate.The tread and sidewall compounds with antioxidant RD/antioxidant 4020/wax/micro crystalline wax showed excellent physical and aging properties and good discoloration resistance.
