摘要
研究新的胎侧配方以减轻黑胎侧污染。黑胎侧胶料一般是NR和BR并用 ,具有良好的耐天候老化、耐臭氧老化、抗撕裂、防龟裂性能及疲劳寿命 ,但现用的防护体系导致胎侧胶料表面变色、污染 ,通过改进胎侧的配方体系 ,采用NR ,BR ,CIIR和EPDM并用 ,不用防老剂以避免胎侧变色 ,达到胎侧无污染的目的。
Various antioxidants are added to black NR/BR sidewall compound to obtain good weathering,ozone,tear and cracking resistances,as well as good fatigue property.A new black NR/BR/CIIR/EPDM sidewall compound without any antioxidant has been developed to eliminate the colour changing and staining of sidewall surface resulted from the existing antioxidants in traditional black NR/BR sidewall compound.
