我国高新区研发投入的经济贡献——基于面板数据的实证分析 被引量:13

摘要 本文首先对相关研究进行综述,同时分析了我国高新区内研发投入的现状。然后在构建研究R&D贡献的理论框架下,采用我国53个高新技术产业开发区2001~2008年的面板数据进行分析,研究发现:高新区内资本投入、研发投入与经济增长呈显著正相关关系,劳动投入与经济增长呈负相关关系,但在统计上不显著;杨凌、乌鲁木齐、北京经济技术开发区内研发投入效率低下,低于惠州、厦门和威海经济技术开发区研发投入产出弹性近10个百分点。资本的高投入仍然是高新区内经济增长的主要动力,提高研发投入的产出效率将是高新区发展的主题。 This article first carries on the summary of related research ; simultaneously it analyzes the present situation of R&D input in state level science and technology industrial parks. Then it studies the R&D contributions under model, used 53 state level science and technology industrial parks' 2001--2008 panel data. The research results are: Capital input, R&D input are remarkable related with the economic growth ; Labor input assume the inverse correlation with the economic growth, but is not statistically remarkable; Yangling, Urumqi, and Beijing science and technology industrial parks' R&D input's efficiency is lower than Huizhou, Xiamen and Weihai science and technology industrial parks nearly 10 percentage points. The high capital input is still the economic growth prime motors in the science and technology industrial parks. Enhancing R&D input efficiency is still the subject of science and technology industrial parks.
