摘要
目的比较克山病病区和非病区儿童心电图状况。方法描计克山病病区儿童心电图,与非病区儿童的心电图特征进行比较。结果共描计克山病病区儿童654人,发现异常心电图25例,总异常检出率3.82%;非病区儿童536人,发现异常心电图20例,总异常率3.73%。两组人群总异常率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论克山病病区与非病区儿童心脏健康状况基本接近。
Objective To compare children electrocardiogram （ECG） status between Keshan disease endemic area and non - endemic area. Method Unregistering children ECG between Keshan disease endemic area and non - endemic area, comparing the characteristics of the ECG. Results There were totally 654 children ECG of Keshan disease endemic area and 25 cases were found abnormal accounting for 3. 82% ; non - endemic area 536 children were checked founding 20 abnormal ECG cases. The total, abnormal rate was 3.73%, There were no significant difference in the two areas （ P 〉 0. 05） . Conclusions The heart health state of children heart in Keshan disease was almost the same as that in non - endemic area.
