摘要
目的探讨超声显像和数字化成像在乳腺肿物诊断中的价值。方法分析经手术病理确诊的94例乳腺非肿物性病变的超声和数字化乳腺成像形态学特征、肿块内血流信号。结果超声显像地图型、斑点型伴丰富血流的乳腺非肿物病变多为恶性,与乳腺数字化成像相结合可以区分乳腺良性和恶性病变。结论超声显像和数字化乳腺成像在乳腺病变的诊断中具有重要作用。
Objective To evaluate the diagnosis of non-mass image-forming breast cancer with ultrasonography and mammography. Methods To investigate the characteristics of ultrasonography and mammography for 94 cases with non-mass image-forming breast cancer,the pathologiocal findings of all cases were obtained by operation. Results The non-mass imageforming breast cancers was classified into four subtypes on ultrasonography, a homogeneous pattern,a ductal pattern, a mottled pattern, and a geographic pattern, and three subtypes on mammography, high density,lower density and mixed density. The cases of mottled pattern, and geographic pattern with rich blood flow on ultrasonography were mainly malignancy. The benign and malignancy can be distinguished by ultrasonography and mammography. Conclusion Ultrasonography and mammography have significant value for the diagnosis of nonmass image-forming breast cancers.
