摘要
目的应用自动细胞DNA定量诊断系统,鉴别诊断良恶性胸、腹水标本。方法 202例胸、腹水标本,经细胞采集器处理,每例制成4张薄层细胞片,2张细胞片做巴氏染色,用于常规细胞学检查;另2张经Feulgen染色,用自动细胞DNA定量分析系统检测。结果 202例标本常规检测为阴性胸、腹水112例,DNA定量测定为阴性116例。常规检测找到癌细胞51例,找到可疑癌细胞5例,找到少许异型细胞34例。DNA定量测定可见大量异倍体细胞65例,少量异倍体细胞21例。结论应用自动细胞DNA定量分析系统可弥补常规形态学工作的不足,二者协同诊断,可发现早期癌变的胸、腹水,使细胞学检查工作更完善、客观。
Objective To differentially diagnose benign and malignant hydrothorax and peritoneal effusions by using automatic imaging cytometer. Methods A total of 202 samples of hydrothorax and peritoneal effusions were deal with cell collector, each sample were made 4 slides,2 of which sliders were stained by Papanicolaou method for cytology analysis, and the other 2 were stained with feulgen method for detection of DNA imaging cytometer. Results Among 202 samples of hydrothorax and peritoneal effusions, 112 were negative by cytology analysis, 116 were negative by DNA imaging cytometer. By cytology analysis cancer cells were found in 51 samples, dubious cancer cells in 5 samples, a few heterotypical cells in 34 samples. By DNA imaging cytometer a large number of heteroploid cells were found in 65 samples, and a few heteroploid cells were found in 21 samples. Conclusion Automatic imaging cytomete can remedy the insufficiency of cytology morphology,combind using of the two methods could make the diagnosis of carcinous hydrothorax and peritoneal effusions earlier and it made cytology analysis more perfect and objective.
