摘要
压降是轴流式气液旋流分离器的重要技术指标和操作指标,要求旋流分离器的压降较小以尽可能减少能量消耗。分析了旋流分离器压降产生的原因并且利用实验数据回归出了轴流式气液旋流分离器压力损失系数的计算模型,得到的压降计算值与实验值的平均相对误差在9.27%左右,两者吻合性较好。
The pressure drop of hydrocyclone is an important technical index,it should be as low as possible in order to reduce energy consuming,and the pressure drop is also an important operation index of the hydrocyclone. This caused of the pressure drop and the empirical models for pressure loss coefficient calculation of axial flow hydrocyclone for gas liquid separation had been established and analyzed, based on the experimental data. The model predictions are in good agreement with the experimental data and the average relative error is at about 9.27%.
