摘要
介绍了天然气的组成和必须分离净化的原因,通过实验研究了不同操作参数和结构参数对新型双蜗壳型旋流分离器内流动参数分布和分离性能的影响,得到了该型旋流分离器内气流分布和分离性能的影响规律。实验结果表明,新型双蜗壳型旋流分离器内气流旋转强烈而且稳定,可以将粒径大于7μm的固体颗粒基本除净,适合于天然气净化的气、固、液三相高效分离。
This paper studied the effect of operation parameters and structure parameters on the flow field and separation performance of a double volute inlet type cyclone separator through experimental study. It was found that this type of cyclone separator can remove particle size of 7μm completely, and the strong and stable rotation flow in the separator was very suitable to gas solid and liquid three phase separation for nature gas purified processing. This study lays experimental foundations for the industry use of the type of cyclone separator.
