摘要
目的:对原发性肾病综合征并发急性肾功能衰竭的中西医结合治疗的研究进展进行综述。方法:归纳总结国内外原发性肾病综合征并发急性肾功能衰竭中西医结合治疗方法及预后的相关文献。结论:PNS合并ARF多为可逆性。应用糖皮质激素、抗凝等西医治疗,并结合中医治疗,可使大多数NS缓解,并逆转ARF。如经上述治疗仍未能奏效,则应行HD、CRRT或PD治疗。
Objective： To review the progress of the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome （PNS） complicated by acute renal failure（ARF） by Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Methods： Summarizing the literature of the treatment and prognosis of primary nephrotic syndrome complicated by acute renal failure by traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine at home and abroad. Conclusion： PNS complicated by ARF most can be reversibled.To applicate western medicine such as prednisone and anticoagulation therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine can alleviate the majority of NS, and ARF can be reversed. If the above treatment fails to work, firms should be HD, CRRT or PD treatment.
