摘要
人中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin,NGAL)是近年的研究热点,在不同病理生理状态下,可与相应配体结合,表现出复杂多样的生物功能,广泛参与细胞的生长、分化、代谢及免疫等。报道称NGAL是肾功能损伤的灵敏指标,慢性心力衰竭、糖尿病、脓毒性休克等均引起的急性肾功能损伤均检测到NGAL水平异常,与慢性肾功能损伤也有相关。本文综述了中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白与胰岛素抵抗、肿瘤、炎症等的关系。
Human neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin, （NGAL） is a hot topic in recent years. It can be combined with the corresponding ligands, exhibit complex and diverse biological functions, broad participation cell growth, differentiation, metabolism and immunity in different pathophysiological state. Research data reported that NGAL is a sensitive indicator of renal damage, abnormal NGAL levels of acute renal injury in chronic heart failure, diabetes, and septic shock were detected, and chronic renal injury is also relevant. This review discusses the neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipid transporter relationship with insulin resistance, cancer, and inflammation.
