摘要
针对建筑材料的防火性,设计了一种基于S3C44B0X微处理器的不燃性材料性能测试系统,并且给出了硬件和软件设计。系统硬件部分主要由温度变送模块、功率控制模块、显示和报警模块、通信模块等组成。系统软件采用了分段变速积分PID算法对温度进行智能控制,移植了多任务操作系统μCLinux。根据需求分析,实现了友好的人机交互界面。该系统对于建筑材料的不燃性标定具有很高的实用价值。
Aiming at fireproof performance of construction material, a test system based on S3CA4B0 was described. The design of hardware and software was presented. There are many functions of this system, such as transmit, control, display, alarm and communication. In the system, a new control algorithm-stage gearshift integral PID was employed for intelligent control, and the transplantation of multitasking operation system μ CLinux was completed. According to requirements analysis, efficient humancomputer interface was fulfilled. The system possesses high practical value in calibration for noncombustible material.
