摘要
以浙江宁海电厂FGD系统为根据,从脱硫工艺原理入手,分析了石膏脱水系统在运行过程中存在的真空偏低、脱水效率低、滤饼厚度偏厚或偏薄的问题,并提出具体的解决措施,对湿法脱硫系统的运行和检修具有一定的指导意义。
Starting with the desulfurization technology principle, the essay analyzed the operationproblems of low vacuum quantity, low dehydrating efficiency and partial trick or thin of dust cake based on the FGD system in Ninghai power plant, and presented detail measures, which has guiding significance to operating and examining of Wet Desulfurization System.
