摘要
文章综述了液晶模组中使用的各种二极管的特性,主要通过对肖特基二极管的特性分析以及液晶模组中集成电路芯片外围电路的分析,阐述肖特基二极管在液晶模组中的使用原理、使用方式以及改善分析。文章讨论了齐纳二极管以及发光二极管的配合使用及其在液晶模组中的典型应用,最后分析讨论了不同的发光二极管封装方式对液晶模组显示效果的影响。
The LCD modules use a variety of diode. In this paper, through analysis of the characteristics of Schottky diodes, as well as the IC external circuit analysis. Discussed the use of the Schottky diode in liquid crystal theory. The article discussed the Zener diode, as well as with the use of LEDs in the LCD module and its typical applications. Finally, analyze different effect of light-emitting diode package module in liquid crystal display.
