摘要 大学要有效开展自主创新活动,应实施组织再造。组织再造遵循适应性原则、以人为本原则、开放化原则、灵活多样性原则和可行性原则。大学组织再造可从四方面实施:建设自由探索的大学组织文化,营造自主创新的氛围;变革大学组织结构,形成自主创新活动顺畅开展的组织形式和运行机制;塑造学习型组织;建立共同愿景,提高自主创新的集聚力;创建多样化的创新团队,聚集创新力量,提升大学自主创新能力。 In order to carry out innovative activities effectively, universities should implement organization-restoration. Organizationrestoration should follow such principles as adaptability, people-orientation, openness, flexibility, and feasibility. University organization can be restored by taking the following measures: constructing freely-exploring university organization culture and creating an atmosphere of indigenous innovation; reforming university organization structure and establishing an organizational form and operational mechanism for the smooth development of indigenous innovation activities; shaping learning organization; opening a shared vision and improving the cohesiveness of indigenous innovation; creating a diversified innovative team, gathering strength, and enhancing university capability of indigenous innovation.
