摘要
本文是对中外学术界关于"中国对外援助"研究的概览与述评,为进一步专题研究做调查研究。对外援助是一个国家"巧实力"的重要组成部分,在经济全球化相互依赖的世界中,作为外交手段的作用将提高。对"外援"理论的研究目前有待加强,以便更好地为实践提供指导。
Foreign aid is an important component of a country's 'smart power'.In an economically globalizing and interdependent world,its function as a diplomatic means is increasing.At present,research on 'foreign aid' theory needs to be further emphasized so as to provide better guidance for its practice.
