摘要
教师专业发展是20世纪90年代以来我国教师教育研究的核心问题。在社会主义市场经济条件下,市场机制介入教育领域,教师专业发展也必须探讨适应市场经济发展要求的新的制度模式。教师培训券作为教师专业发展的制度创新,能在很大程度上改善学校教师教育培训过程中普遍存在的质量偏低、效率不高、资源浪费等现象,从而促进教师专业素质的提高和专业知识的完善。
Teacher professional development has been the core problem of teacher education research in China since the 1990s. Under the conditions of socialist-market economy, the market mechanism gets involved in the field of education, so the professional development of teachers should explore new institutional models adapted to the requirements of market economic development. As an institutional innovation of teacher professional development, teacher training vouchers can mightily improve the problems in the process of teacher training, including low quality and efficiency as well as a waste of resources.
