摘要
目的:总结湿润暴露疗法治疗颜面部烧伤的疗效。方法:本院对2006年1月至2008年12月收治的颜面部烧伤患者186例,全部采用湿润暴露疗法进行治疗。结果:无需植皮,186例患者创面全部愈合,仅12例留有浅表性瘢痕,但不影响功能。结论:湿润暴露疗法治疗颜面部烧伤方法简单,疗效显著,值得基层医院推广。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO in treating facial burns. Method： 186 cases of facial bum patients collected from Jan. 2006 to Dec. 2008 were treated with MEBT. Result： All of the 186 cases were healed without skin grafting, and only 12 cases of superficial scar left but no disfunction observed. Conclusion： MEBT has advantages of simple operation and significant efficacy in treating facial bums. And it is worthy to be popularized in grass - root hospital.
