晚期前列腺癌合并下尿路梗阻13例治疗分析

摘要
目的：探讨合并下尿路梗阻的晚期前列腺癌的治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析苏州大学第一附属医院收治的13例晚期前列腺癌病例。结果：首次治疗均选择内分泌治疗，其中9例拔除尿管后可自行排尿，6个月后有2例仍有反复的尿潴留，予行TURP。结论：对于伴有下尿路梗阻的晚期前列腺癌患者，内分泌治疗可明显改善尿路梗阻等症状，控制前列腺癌进展，3～6个月后梗阻情况未改善者，可再行TURP解除下尿路梗阻。
