云南白药配伍甲硝唑粉在LEEP刀治疗宫颈糜烂术后疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的:观察LEEP刀宫颈电切术后局部应用云南白药配伍甲硝唑粉对减少创面出血及阴道排液量的疗效。方法:438例宫颈电切术后病人随机分为2组(实验组和对照组),实验组术后联合应用云南白药配伍甲硝唑粉局部涂布,观察比较其疗效和术后并发症。结果:实验组术后创面出血少,阴道排液天数减少,一次治愈率高。结论:LEEP刀宫颈电切术后联合局部应用云南白药配伍甲硝唑粉局部涂布能提高治愈率,缩短疗程和减少治疗后的不良反应。
