摘要
目的:探讨LEEP刀联合中药治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法:将80例宫颈糜烂患者随机分为治疗组40例(LEEP刀联合中药治疗)、对照组40例(单纯应用LEEP刀治疗)。分别于术后治疗的3、6、11周复查,对比观察两组患者阴道出血量、阴道排液时间,分析两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率为100.00%,对照组总有效率为87.50%,治疗组临床治愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者阴道出血量、阴道排液时间均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:LEEP刀联合中药治疗宫颈糜烂疗效显著、疗程短、无不良反应、容易掌握,值得临床推广。
Objective： To explore the LEEP knife plus TCM medicine in treating cervical erosion. Methods： 80 patients with cervical erosion were randomly divided into the treatment group（40 cases, LEEP plus TCM medicine） and the control group（40 cases were treated with LEEP simple）. Results： In the treatment group, total effeciency was 100.00%, better than 87.50% in the control group（P〈0.05）. In the treatment group, vaginal haemorrhage amount and vaginal drainage time were significantly less; the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： LEEP plus TCM medicine on cervical erosion shows obvious therapeutic effects, and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
