摘要
企业应用IT的价值在哪里?价值的产生机制一直是国内外研究的重点。通过分析大量的国内外IT价值研究文献,以资源观理论为框架,全面而系统地总结了能产生竞争优势的IT资源。并基于互补的观点和过程的观点,提出了IT资源互补研究的假设和IT价值产生过程的假设,概括了IT价值产生过程的影响因素,提出了一个IT价值研究的综合模型。
Where are the values of IT applications and the mechanism of how IT values are created attract interests from domestic and foreign foreign IT value literatures, scholars. In this paper, by analyzing a large number of domestic and we summed up IT resources that can create competitive advantages comprehensively based on resource-based view. And also based on complementary view and process view, we proposed the assumptions about complementary IT resources, organizational resources and the process about how IT values are created. Then we summarized the influencing factors which may affect the process of value created. At last, we proposed an integrated model to evaluate IT values in firms, which compensates for one-sidedness and limitations in current empirical studies.
